Landhaus Casper
Landhaus Casper is home to 2 beautiful apartments with all the comforts. The apartments are as good as new and decorated in a typical Austrian style. The Landhaus enjoys a central, sunny and peaceful location with panoramic views out across Gerlos. Both apartments are on the 2nd floor and both of them also boast a south-facing balcony.
Apartment Type 1 accommodates 2-3 (max. 4) people, with an area of 45 m2. It features a large combination living and bedroom with a double bed, living room suite (sofa-bed), satellite TV and radio. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, stove and a small dining nook. The W.C. is separate, as is the bathroom. Located on the ground floor is a heated storage area for skis and ski boots. Parking right outside the house.

Apartment Type 2 accommodates 4-6 people and is 72m2 in area. The apartment features 2 separate bedrooms with double beds (room for a roll-away bed ). The living room is separate and furnished with a large living room suite (sofa-bed) along with a table and corner seating, satellite TV and access to the balcony. Separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle etc.... Bathroom with shower and 2 washbasins. The W.C. is separate. Located on the ground floor is a heated storage area for skis and ski boots. Parking right outside the house.

Landhaus Casper is close to the bunny ski hill and the valley run. And the lifts for the lifts for the ski area are barely 350 meters away. The bus stop (free ski bus, runs every 15 minutes) os 200 meters from the house.
Supermarket, restaurants, cafes are all within a few minutes' walking distance.
In summer we are affiliated with Berg Aktiv. We are proud to offer our guests this colorful fitness and vitality program for young and old - and it's absolutely free of charge. With three different hikes to choose from every single day!
Bergaktiv is a program developed to incorporate a perfect balance of exercise, relaxation and nutrition.
And of course, there is also a great program for children and youths, including Family Nest and Teeny Action Gerlos.
