Our vacation apartments offer you comfort and luxury.  This house features 2 large family apartments, ideal for families with children.
You also have the option of renting out the whole house, accommodating up to 14 people.  The apartments are interconnected via an exterior entrance.  Apartment Type 1 is on the top floor and Apartment Type 2 on the ground floor, which also makes this apartement ideal for guests with mobility restrictions.

Apartment Type 1
accommodates max. 8 people and is 115 m² in area. It features 4 separate bedrooms with a double bed, a separate living room with flat-screen TV and access to the balcony, a large combination living room/kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, stove etc...
2 bathrooms with hairdryer and 2 toilets (separate WC).
There is a boot dryer in the cellar, private parking right outside the front door.

Apartment Type 2
(new, new, new!), accommodating 4-6 people, 85 m² in area. Apartment features 2 separate bedrooms and a combination living room/bedroom with sofa-sleeper and flat-screen TV. Large living room/kitchen (fully equipped with coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, ceramic range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher etc...
2 bathrooms with hairdryer and 2 toilets (1 separate W.C.).

No-Smoking Apartments

The apartments are located in the heart of delightful downtown Gerlos.

Right next-door are a supermarket with bakery, the stop for the ski bus and a post office.  Restaurants, shops, hiking trails and bike paths, a bus stop and the ski slopes are just a few minutes' walk away.
And leave your car parked for the entire length of your stay.

In winter, an idyllic valley ski run will bring you all the way back to our front door!

The ski area is only 750 meters away. The free ski bus stops (every 15 minutes) 50 meters from the house, taking you in just a matter of minutes to the Isskogel lifts. A practice hill and children's playground are also barely 200 meters from here.
